Service Description
Weekly CLINIC Schedule Starting Time: Saturday 8 am and 10 am / Sunday 2pm Only Per trainee: Age 6 – 17: $30 per hour or per session. Travel Rate is an additional $10.00 per hour There is a registration fee of $15.00 (Non-Refundable Deposit) Please provide only approved snacks and drinks for each training session. (Details to Follow) Daily Training Routine: 1. Skill Stations focusing on basketball fundamentals including passing, shooting, dribbling, layups, defense, rebounding, free throws and bump competition. 2. Running Offensive and Defensive Sets 3. Proper Spacing and 4. Round 1 Games (SIMULATION) 5. Daily Recap
